Identification indicates the patient is from Saskatchewan. She says she just moved here and doesn’t have a permanent address yet. Her boyfriend says she can use his address for now. Her vitals are normal, though she appears to wince when the Blood Pressure cuff expands. Due to her appearance and behaviour, I discreetly write in her chart that I suspect there might be concern of intimate partner violence and want the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) to respond, if possible.
